How I charge for my services

Quick summary:

  • All of my prices are in NZD and GST will be added according to NZ law at 15%.
  • All invoices are sent using Wave.com via email.
  • All invoices need to paid via bank deposit.
  • Generally, if I’m working on a project basis, 50% will be due upon commencement of the work and 50% upon delivery. If the project is large and complex or long term this will vary.
  • I work as an independent contractor, not as an employee. I work to deadlines but I have full autonomy over the time and days I work.
  • By undergoing work with Hello Human, you agree by my terms of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • If none of my packages are suitable or for marketing services outside what is listed below I am available on a retainer rate for $120 p/hour.

My packages are designed to give you an indication of the cost upfront. All of these packages can be customised to suit your specific needs or budget. As the pricing for digital projects heavily depends on scope and features, a final scope of work will be crafted and delivered based upon completion of a customer questionnaire and meeting.

The above prices exclude the below. I am happy to quote for these additionally:

  • Domain name registration, you can purchase one of these through Go Daddy, First Domains, or Google [or I can do it for you on my hourly rate].
  • Provider fees – please view Squarespace, WordPress, Divi and Shopify for the most up to date prices of these.
  • If you choose to not go with my website maintenance you need to cover hosting and associated costs yourself through a provider such as Bluehost.
  • Logo design.
  • UX testing.
  • Custom coding.
